The cause of scale explosion in the electric heating reactor is mainly caused by the absorption, diffusion, accumulation and overflow of hydrogen in the steel plate. The corrosion part of the electric heating reactor is in the overheating zone of the heat-affected zone. The initial width is only 3~5 grains, and it can gradually expand to 1.0~1.5mm. Corrosion has been deep into the metal, so the shape resembles a knife edge, so the name knife-like corrosion generally occurs when it is heated again in the sensitization temperature range after welding, that is, under the continuous action of high temperature overheating and medium temperature sensitization, the cause is also precipitated with 236CrC The chromium-depleted layer formed later is related. For stainless steel containing stabilizers, in order to play the role of stabilizers, the temperature of solution treatment is generally higher than the dissolution temperature of 236CrC and lower than the dissolution temperature of stabilizer carbide.
1. Water heating: It can be used when the temperature is not high. The heating system is divided into two types: open type and closed type. The open type is simple. It consists of a circulating pump, a water tank, a pipeline and a regulator that controls the valve. When high-pressure water is used, the equipment requires high mechanical strength, and the outer surface of the reactor is welded with a coiled tube. There is a gap between the coiled tube and the wall of the reactor, which causes a reaction. The thermal resistance of the kettle increases and the heat transfer effect decreases.

2. Hot steam heating: When the heating temperature of the reactor is below 100℃, it can be heated with steam below one atmospheric pressure; saturated steam is used within the range of 100~180℃; when the temperature of the far-infrared heating reactor is higher, high-pressure superheating can be used steam.
